Every man’s dream is to one day own a GTi. Well, every man that loves an adrenaline rush that is!
Mr Rakesh Mathurapersad is one such man. It has always been his dream to own a Volkswagen Golf GTI. For him, the GTI represented fun, independence, youth, and a certain degree of success. He waited patiently and vowed that when he could afford one, he would acquire the car of his dreams.
In October 2019 Rakesh became the proud owner of his very first chicken franchise. Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken situated at the Whitehouse Shopping Centre in Phoenix. A relatively new brand at the time but it was gaining popularity. The community loved the brand as it provided quality meals at affordable prices with the right atmosphere to share a meal with friends and family.
A year later, Rakesh realised that his dream to own a GTi had finally come true. It didn’t take long for him to decide that the GOLF GTI TCR was the one.
He loves driving the car and feels a sense of accomplishment when he sees his vehicle parked outside his store. It gives us great pride to be a part of his story and we wish him every success in the future.
